Charles Hughes began his career in the service industry, where he developed a passion for helping people and delivering exceptional experiences. In the early 2000s, he transitioned into new home sales and construction, quickly gaining recognition for his dedication to excellence and strong customer relationships.
Over the years, Charles mastered the craft of homebuilding and residential design, founding Icon Homes in 2007 to merge quality craftsmanship with strategic growth. As the company expanded, he developed communities throughout Middle Tennessee, earning recognition for innovation, integrity, and attention to detail. His vision later extended to real estate investment through Hughes Brothers Construction, broadening his reach into land development and large-scale community projects.
